Ever heard of Don Fogg? DO you do damascus?
Sorry for all the questions. Very cool video. I like the part where your swinging the cut off sledge.

Kickboxing:
Bagwork (Bas Rutten's Thai Boxing CD, 3 min. rounds)
7 Rounds.
Impressions:
Well, I don't think I'll be taking the Wisconsin fight. I could hit pretty hard with the hand, but its not feeling too great right now. Not a constant pain, but really sharp pain when I either flatten it out or make a tight fist. Need to let it heal up a bit more, I guess.
Holy crap so it took you only one year to get a 600 lb deadlift? What did you start at?
SCA stuff is both incredibly fun and incredibly ridiculous. Suiting up in armor and beating the shit out each other with axe handles is fun.
Having the Lord of the Rings version of a trekkie tell you that your sleeves are stitched wrong and aren't "in period attire" is fucking stupid.
I was always attracted to the combat aspects of it more than the reenactor side. You want some good conditioning? Strap 80 lbs of steel to yourself while wearing a quilted suit under a solid steel 8-10 gauge breastplate, holding a 10 lbs shield in one hand, and viloently beating the shit out everyone who gets within three feet of you with a 3 lbs axe handle for 20 minutes.
