International Do you support very fast mass deportations with quick trials?

There is no acceptable amount of constitutional violations. They have a right to due process.

I know American born citizens who couldn't recite their social on the spot. That is not in any way an acceptable reason to deport
Those American born citizens can answer whether they are a citizen, have ID etc etc etc.. It's not rocket science. You can keyboard dance around it all day. Tossing out someone that OBVIOUSLY isn't a citizen shouldn't be a burden on the tax payers so it doesn't hurt your feelings.

If there’s one thing MAGAts hate more than people of colour, it’s the Constitution. You’re either violating the Constitution or you’re not, but “patriots” are now picking and choosing which parts of it they’re okay with when it suits them.

They are not being given the opportunity. And when they are, they are being ignored. Thats the problem. How do you determine if someone obviously isn't a citizen without due process? You can’t. That simple.

Just recently a legal citizens was detained despite providing SSN and Real ID.

Due process is a right granted to everyone in American soil. Constitutional rights shall not be infringed upon.
It's always the most unpatriotic people that cry "constitutional rights!" when it comes to protecting illegals. But I digress.
and go "oh well they're in El Salvador now, I can't do anything about it".
like I said... this has happened to 1 or 2 dudes? And when did I say it was acceptable??

The second you start picking and choosing what matters in the Constitution, you throw the whole thing in the trash.

No, punish the companies who hire these folks if you want to stop it.
I agree, but what happens when democrats all unanimously decide to vote against it? We can't even enforce existing laws about illegal immigration because democrats in sanctuary cities are slow-rolling the whole process. Now you want to introduce existing legislation and assume that the same democrats who oppose enforcing existing laws will be in support of creating new laws for accomplishing the same thing?

The least patriotic? I'm in the military. I literally swore an oath to protect the Constitution. Not just for Americans but for everyone on American soil. You're actively defending stripping Constitutional rights. You have no room to speak on the matter.

This has happened to more than. "1 or two dudes". People are continuously being detained or deported without evidence of them being illegal. But making your omelet is all that matters...

i like the least amount of due process possible. a lot of people disagree because if they accidentally deported a US citizen (would never happen) there'd be no way for them to prove they're from here, but that's kinda gay to care about.

There is no acceptable amount of constitutional violations. They have a right to due process. No legal residents should ever be wrongfully deported. Self reflection is in order if you see no issue with legal residents being removed along with illegal ones.

You have to understand that many of these people don't understand that the Constitution is meant to restrict the government. That due process is a rule that the government is bound by, not something that Americans are granted by that government.

And since they don't understand their Constitution, they're very comfortable letting the government break the rules that exist to protect them from the government.

say someone was in the process of being deported, but it turns out they're not here illegally, then what?
Hence, I said illegal immigrants.

If there are uncertainties, then the immigrant needs to showcase his or her VISA etc.

Why can't non-citizens lie and say that they are citizens and just don't have their paperwork.

Please don't respond with something absurd like appearance or how they talk. I live in the Northeast and there are plenty of legal citizens up here who couldn't have a conversation in English if their lives depended on it.

I guess we're begging the question "What makes someone obviously not a citizen?"

Seems fair the same due process used to illegally enter as a non-citizen gets to leave.

They just need to enforce the law that if you come here illegally, you go to jail. That ends all of this. They’ll get the hint eventually.

yeah..... Like I've said, there are levels to this stuff.

"rights" for shitheads that came in illegally, commited crimes, or tried to spead MS13 to our country. THOSE are the people you are defending. You have no room to speak on this matter.

VERY VERY few. I got inside sources from border patrol personnel. You don't.

Like I said before... the VAST majority have no answer because the know they came in illegally. If you want to continue simping for them than be my guest.

The majority of Americans want ALL illegal migrants to be deported, not just the ones who commit crime. They don't care if there's a chance of some negative consequences.

Let's say the Trump administration comes up with a good quick process for deportations WITH very quick migration trials, using a large army of immigration judges. They appoint extra 5,000 judges all across the country and they can output 10 trials per day that comes to a total of 50,000 processed illegals and deportations PER DAY.

Would you support this? I know conservatives will, but I'm more interested in seeing what Liberal leaning people think of this scenario. I have a feeling they just don't want illegals deported, period.
I don't really support mass deportation generally so I would definitely not support very fast mass deportations especially under this admin which has shown a contempt for rule of law and checks and balances.

The bipartisan border bill that Biden tried to pass did include more funding for judges and some expedited proceedings so on some level I'm not against streamlining the system but I don't think mass deportation should be the goal. In addition to violent criminals the focus should be on those illegals who have no ties to their community and have only been here for a short period of time which is what was generally the case beforehand. In fact we already had laws in place for that kind of thing.
