The Supreme Court already ruled the expedited removal law does not violate the 4th Amendment.

The fact that expedited removals are done within 100 miles of the border or from the interior of the country is irrelevant as to the constitutionality of the law.

Either a rule violates the Constitution or it does not. The geographical area where the rule is enforced is irrelevant.

Expedited removals make more sense when they're restricted or caveated like they were initially when they were used near ports of entry or later within the 100 mile border zone(which I disagree with), to endlessly expand it just undermines due process.

I'm referring to warrantless searches that are allowed within the 100 mile border zone.

That isn't what law should be about.

It should be completely independent of any President's preferences.
