Wall Street journal has done plenty of coverage of this since it happened. Years worth actually
 
Constitution allows Gop senate to stallbout if they choose to. It would also allow Dems to stall out 4 years if a GOP candidate were to be next president. Works both ways.

There is much more to the story than just pointing a finger at one group saying "you did it"

Huh? The housing bubble you're referring to was worldwide. Were you not aware? Just answer the question. There's no possible way that Schumer had anything to do with it, but I'm curious about the reasoning behind your position.

What was wrong about my post? Did the subprime mortgage crisis not happen in 2007? Because that was basically the extent of my post. And sure. Liberals forcing banks to forego all proper buisness sense and loan out huge sums of money to people who had no way of paying it back had nothing to do with it.

I was aware. Are you aware that I said nothing about the worldwide housing bubble? Are you aware that the Subprime housing crisis, something that occured exclusively in the US, and the world wide housing bubble, are two seperate issues?

Like I said prime borrowers defaulted at higher rates

Wall Street journal has covered this for years now.
