Alright, Sherbums, here’s a juicy rumor making the rounds: could the UFC have floated a trade for Dakota Ditcheva? After her brutal KO win at the PFL Championship to claim the $1 million prize, she’s one of the hottest names in MMA. And now, there’s speculation—coming from Dakota herself—that the UFC may have explored a trade involving some of their heavyweights for the new PFL flyweight champ.

Ditcheva hasn’t confirmed anything outright, but when asked about her future, she mentioned being locked into her PFL contract, saying, “I’ve got to defend this belt—I’m not going anywhere just yet.” Still, the timing of these rumors makes you wonder. The UFC doesn’t often engage in trades, but a fighter as marketable and skilled as Ditcheva might be worth bending the rules for. Is there more to this story than she’s letting on?

What do you think, Sherbums? Is this just a wild rumor, or is there a chance the UFC made a play for Dakota Ditcheva? And if so, who do you think the UFC would have been willing to give up? Let’s hear your theories!

She could make a million dollars a year fighting cans. Plus all of the other paychecks since she would fight four to five times a year in the tournament format.

She will end up there soon unless they pay her big

You wont see her in UFC before she's 30 with all the extensions they can hit you with for winning tournaments and titles.

Pitbull already beat McKee and he's begging to join the UFC.

Mix too who honestly they should get him and Umar would be dynamite.
I thought they got patchy? I see him in group photos training at the PI.

She’s gonna make that real Saudi money in PFL before she transitions to the UFC

FWIW, she didn’t say the UFC made a play to trade some heavyweights to PFL for her; it was the interviewer who said that. She did say that she heard the UFC had approached PFL about her, but it got turned down.

They should try their best to pry ditcheva and musaev out of pfl, crazy exciting fighters and arguably would be champ
Agreed. I said on Saturday and I stand by it — Musaev maybe the best welterweight in the world right now.

No way UFC want her unless she wants them and is free otherwise she will forever be stuck in...

Clearly Musaev is the best welterweight in the world. Above Shavkat and Belal. Murad Ramazanov has better wrestling overall then Belal, and he defended extremely well. Plus knockoutpower, a killer of killast.
