I think the jump from status quo to calling for the death penalty over supposed cooperation is bigger than the jump from the latter to public executions.

Frankly, there isn't that much of a difference between public and private executions in my book. We're just talking the veneer of respectability and public values at that point.

He said prison or death penalty.. it’s intricate but I think it matters to be accurate when you are claiming someone is an extremist.

One could take the claim as one who feels strongly about justice being served in the system.. the other as someone who just wants to see Biden killed.

I mean... Do you see leading Democrats calling for Trump to face the death penalty? That should kind of tell you how extreme Kirk's stance is, especially given that the evidence of Trump's corruption vastly exceeds Biden or really any other modern president's.

If you think the death penalty should be implemented for treason or sedition (i don’t), it tracks that would be his actual conclusion.

I mentioned it before, but as these kids who are streaming every day eventually venture into politics, are we (not you specifically) going to hold them accountable for every bad take or shitty comment? It’s just going to be more curated suits/actors in politics if we leave out anyone who has sat down with every side of the aisle and actully had tough, crazy, funny, tense conversations

I think that’s very true for most people.. however when your political based show revolves around you talking about your own personal political/religious/social beliefs, that’s not the same as just an off handed remark during normal conversation over the years..

Because my concern is mostly in regard to overly restrictive policies regarding this topic. Planned Parenthood doesn't pass laws so I dont care. My biggest concerns are allowing doctors to perform emergency procedures without fear of legal action, ensuring victims of rape are not forced to have their rapist's child, and proving easy and affordable access to multiple types of contraceptives.

If the org has issues then then something better should replace it.
