I am assuming you're asking how you can still get pseudo...well u can still get it behind the pharmacy....you have to register your name/address...and you're limited to only a certain amount per month/year in most states.

there are these two mexicans that live behind the pharmacy. What is the product(s) name?
 
pseudo-ephedrine.....

I wouldnt buy this stuff outside the pharmacy/online...
 
tylenol makes it i believe...there are many brands..

went to local playground and shot around ball for an hour

did 3x10 of bw(210) pull ups....went pretty easy...full rom....

practiced pistols....can do it pretty well right footed(without rising up on my toes)....but cant even hit parallel with left....

about 1 mile total to and from playground....yes i actually calculated it using google....

-300mg caffeine+325mg aspirin+250mg magnesium+B-Complex

-12 reps of hanging leg raises
-5 bw(210) pull ups
-bw+45-3+2 pull up (last 2 reps were chin over the bar and then pause at the top for a few sec)
Gravitron 2000 assisted pull ups: one handed pull ups
-30: 3 attempts at isometric holds at the top then slow negatives to about halfway...


Bench:
135-10 reps
225-5 reps
275-5 reps...paused for about a sec on each
315-1 rep
365-10x1...got help unracking....on last set i went for 2nd and got stuck at the chest iwth nothing left

GUNZ: standing alt DB curls
40s-5 reps
60s-5 reps
70s-5 reps

-went too damn late so was highly suspicious of hitting my goal of 10 singles on 365 ....esp since first few felt like a brick house....rested 4-5 min between each set
-my gym buddy was there conveniently at about the same time doing bench/ohp so it was nice to have a good spotter there
-I really liked this approach and hopefully will do it for the near future...hopefully i'll have a bit more time next time so i can do a bit of assistance.....

how did you like hitting those heavy singles? I do this on occasion with 80% of my 1rm
 
I liked it quiet a bit. It was between 90-94% of 1rm. I think I will do it for next few workouts for bench. It allows me to lift more overall weight without going all out. I am too pussy to try this approach for squats or deadlifts but for bench I am giving it a shot.

Box Squats: parallel or inch below
bw-10 reps...
135-5 reps
185-3 reps
225-1 rep
275-1 rep
315-1 rep
+belt: paused all reps
335-1 rep
335-1 rep
335-1 rep
+light knee wraps to keep knees warm: was taking upwards of 15 min between these sets
335-1 rep
335-1 rep
225-6 reps: used a mini band around knees...double looped

Bosu front squat:
bw-5 reps
+40DB-5 reps
+60DB-5 reps
-did these before 335 sets.

Hammer Curls:
40s-5 reps
60s-5 reps
70s-1 rep
80s-1 rep
85s-1 rep
90s-1+0 rep....leaned back to get these...not the best form
40s-10 reps
-did these in between squat sets...

BORs:
135-5 reps
225-5 reps
275-5 reps....somewhat sloppy
295-1 rep...w/ straps...sloppy
315-1+2 reps w/straps...sloppy

Calf Raises:
2 plates: 3x5....paused 2-3 sec top and bottom
3 plates: 5x1....paused 2 sec top/bottom

grippers: did 5x3 of COC3 forced closes+negatives

6:50pm END

-played a bit of bball afterwards for 30 min

remember not to do such heavy weight since you are coming back from a injury....lol


i shot crappy the other day at basketball. I want to play more often but i always injure myself too much. I bet you though mschatz and I could whoop you and whoever you choose...
 
He's just a brotha in the nba who wears a headband. you lose man points for curling all the time
