I pay $150/treatment. Depending on the issue, it usually takes between 3 and 5 treatments. Give her a call just to see if she takes any insurance. Then, if you do ever decide to do it, at least you know you'll be waiting 'til you get your insurance back. You're probaby right... San Fran is typically close to double the cost of Detroit.

-300mg caffeine+dark tea(i assume this had another 50mg)....+250mg magnesium+B-Complex+6mg melatonin(yep still trying this out)...

-couple sets of light rope pulldown crunches with 100 for sets of 10

OHP:
15s DBs- set of 8...for light warm up while rack was taken
135-2 jerks+2 push presses+2 sohp....my jerks suck...utterly horrible at them
155-2 jerks+2 push presses+2 sohp
175-3 push presses
195-3 push presses
225-10x1 push presses.....last set was the easiest with best form...if only i had another hour...
-was supersetting these with pull ups and chins

Pull ups:
bw(210)-5 explosive reps ...bar to chest
+45-3 explosive reps ...bar to chest
+90-1 rep...chin over the bar by about 2-3 inches...felt super heavy..........frustrated by this...

Chins:
+90-5x3
-felt quite light relative to pull ups.....which reminds me i fucking suck at pull ups

Side/Bent Press Variation: I turn inward....using my lat almost like a spring...
75DB-5 reps per arm ....one at a time
90DB-6+0 reps...

-borrowed my friends gravity boots and tried to do upside down crunches hanging of a smith machine bar....finally a use for it...lol...felt interesting...did a set of 5 or so...just to see how it was...
-fucking injured a forarm sunday when a guy elbows me in it while playing basketball 4x4 for 3 hours....which brings me to a conclusion i hate matching up against bony motherfuckers...lol...still trying to recover from it...actually got elbowed once in each forarm ...lol...but the one in the left forarm was pretty bad...was happy i could support my OHP today....

Wouldn't adding melatonin to your caffeine stack be a little counter productive?
 
Supposedly it may increase HGH production when you are done.

Curious....

i am giving melatonin a try....the caffeine counteracts its effects so if anything I am getting the best of both worlds. I dont take caffeine for purely CNS boost...I take it also for improved endurance and lactic acid tolerance. Magnesium is also a supposed muscle relaxant and is counterintuitive to be taking prior to a workout but it seems to work for me as its effects are fairly mild and it seems to take the edge off from caffeine and such...as well as helps with muscle cramps....

Interesting, I'm going to give this a try.

I've been using the Caffeine/ aspirin combination with magnesium thanks to you, and noticed that it really helps. I've got some melatonin, so I'll give it a whirl.
 
alan good luck with it....I have no clue whether melatonin works or not but I got bottles of it so I am giving it a try just in case it actually works...

beta alanine is next on my list of supplements to try. I believe Kabuki mentioned that there's research coming out that asserts beta-alanine to be more effective than creatine...which is a pretty bold assertion...
 
If you can find a good source of Beta Alanine, hook me up. I've only found it in other supplements, and not by itself.
 
i believe trueprotein.com has it in bulk...they even had some kind of promotion where for each 100$ u spend they will send u 100g of this stuff...
 
Fantastic. Ever ordered from these guys before? Their packaging looks like the Ephedrine I've bought before. (white bottle, black letters. "Ephedrine 25 mg 200 ct" are the only things on the it).
