was funny at the time but knee became very stiff afterward with this sensation like something was shifting around in the knee....eh...there's a grinding sensation past a certain point....

375 double....wanted to see where it really gets hard so pushed 2nd despite only planning single....still it wasnt the hardest fought set i have done...
felt like utter shit...I know i say this a lot but 3 days after deadlift workout I still felt like crap....i was drinking creatine those 3 days but not eating nearly enough...also dont drink enough....water....
I figured out that whenever you have a hardfought rep coming then it's better to go deeper not shallower....due to stretch reflex....i actually went a bit deeper on 2nd rep...
woke up and weighed myself 205lb....fuck i am shrinking...what is this bullshit....i am turning into zerocrew....guessing i was 208~ yesterday....pissed away the rest at night or something...

in that case try blow or smack....seems to do wonders for zerocrew's deadlift...
on a serious note....get generic caffeine...will save lots of mula...note sure what i prefer more with caffeine and aspirin...i like l-ephedrine as it opens up my lungs......however i think i feel better on pseudo...eh....perhaps try both...and see how it goes....
