I guess I should add Witcher 3 to games I keep going back to. I started it up again last night for the first time since the "Next Gen" update came out.
I played it for a while then, but the performance was too spotty, and I eventually stopped. Now it's running really well, and being able to max everything, it looks freaking gorgeous still. it's showing its age in some areas, but it's still pretty remarkable, especially with next to no loading screens and details galore. I wish CDPR stuck with this engine.
For PC players, You have to force anisotropic filtering in Nvidia (AMD equivalent) settings, otherwise it's a shimmering mess with Ray tracing.
I know combat isn't considered a strong point in this game, but I always loved it. I normally prefer action RPG's with a controller, but W3 just feels better with M&K, especially if you bind the spin key to space bar. It's a great dance!
It's been a while, but It looks like they added a bunch of new skills and quests?
Triss. Bang her in the lighthouse. Reload your save keep banging Yen.
Treat yourself.
I forget how it works? I started it up again, and already have a save post Unicorn sex with Yen. Can we still bang Triss and do the Last Wish mission with Yen? asking for a friend...
