-12 reps of hanging leg raises
-5 bw(210) pull ups
-bw+45-3+2 pull up (last 2 reps were chin over the bar and then pause at the top for a few sec)
Gravitron 2000 assisted pull ups: one handed pull ups
-30: 3 attempts at isometric holds at the top then slow negatives to about halfway...
Bench:
135-10 reps
225-5 reps
275-5 reps...paused for about a sec on each
315-1 rep
365-10x1...got help unracking....on last set i went for 2nd and got stuck at the chest iwth nothing left
GUNZ: standing alt DB curls
40s-5 reps
60s-5 reps
70s-5 reps

-went too damn late so was highly suspicious of hitting my goal of 10 singles on 365 ....esp since first few felt like a brick house....rested 4-5 min between each set
-my gym buddy was there conveniently at about the same time doing bench/ohp so it was nice to have a good spotter there
-I really liked this approach and hopefully will do it for the near future...hopefully i'll have a bit more time next time so i can do a bit of assistance.....
