Its possible but Tom can take a shot. I think Gane is good and to maximise his shot at winning Toms got to to take him down. Its possible he ko'es Gane and thad be real impressive. But in stand up fight Im actually not sure what will happen. Ciryl hasnt lost a stand up fight so far.

Being serious, I guess it depends on what it looks like? If Tom stands with Gane for 5 rounds and doesn't try to grapple and beats Gane up and wins a clear decision? That answers the questions about Tom going deep into fights. It makes him the first to beat Gane in a purely standup fight. It means he beat Gane at his game. Now if it's a close decision that exposes a bunch of holes in Aspinall's game? If he fades late but still wins? Different story.

If Aspinall runs through him early, the haters are gonna just repeat "Big deal, he's a frontrunner and early finisher but we haven't answered any questions about his cardio etc."
