I might be a bit carried away but Morales as the size and frame for 185. He has the wrestling awareness and length to completely neutralize a dangerous grappler like Sean Brady and we all know Khamzat does not like getting hit. There is a chance Khamzat ends up finishing him but I honestly see Morales surviving on the ground in round one and then getting a stoppage.

I think we're jumping the gun here....

But it would be hilarious if Morales beat Khamzat then lost to Strickland with his Philly Shell/Marching band kick style. This place would hate it but I'd be laughing. I also think strikers like Imanov would be on another level skillwise and size-wise....I mean Brady would look very small at LW vs. Paddy.

Has Morales’ grappling actually been tested by anyone legit? I know he beat Brady tonight but the fight never hit the ground.

I think his size and power pose problems at WW but less so against bigger guys at 185.

maybe. shavkat was always the destined one to beat khamzat

No. Khamzat would just dominate him on the ground.

Morales is so cooked. The good thing is that he is young and can potentially be champ when Islam retires

Khamzat is several notches above Brady when it comes to wrestling.

Not really. And I'm not a Chimaev fan. Let Morales stay at WW.

He needs to be the weight / height bully that he was meant to be.

Let's not get in the way of Ecuadorian Jon Jones.
