News Cory Sandhagen vs Umar Nurmagomedov set to headline UFC Abu Dhabi on August 3

This is a great fight, far too many talented fighters have to take pointless fights many know they will win anyway. Umar has shown an excellent skill set and Cory is a great test, fighting a guy like Rob Font or Figgy would be a complete waste of time for him.

He loses to Sandhagen then he fights the Rob Fonts of the division for a year or two. Feel for Sandhagen as he should probably get a title shot, but he hasn’t exactly lit the world on fire with his last couple performances.

The argument was that Islam didn't fight anyone and fans cried when he was a big betting favorite against Oliveira. They also cried (but less so) that Arman was favored over Olives. Keeps happening again and again.
