I think social Marxism is a more accurate descriptor here. I don't listen to him but I assume he also believes the idea of trying to enforce equality of outcome between people, based purely on their skin color, sexuality, mental illnesses etc, is utterly ridiculous and a recipe for mediocrity and failure.
