Meh squatting. I've backslid in the past 2-3 weeks. Should've stayed w/ 531 and skipped the Grand Canyon. I work on shoulder mobility, I'm having problems pulling the bar down tight on my shoulders thru a full rom when back squatting.

I'm just being crabby Fenn ; ) That hike whooped my ass two weeks ago. I don't think I have a weak core, but my hanging knee raises are pathetic.

Your squat form looks so much better than a year ago it's ridiculous.

Thanks donut. See anything I need to work on next? How do I get rid of the "S" pattern the bar travels on the way up? I asked Zero today... He said, "get stronger." Sometimes the simplest answer is the best.

Was only "supposed" to hit 3 reps a 495, but I felt like a 4th... then a 5th. I couldn't lockout the 5th without a yelp and some ramping. Zero gave me two DezWeaz's up for my effort. Tossed on a loose Toro belt to finish the set, it really helped lockout.

Going bicycle bar hopping with a group tonight. I wanted to be Mario of Luigi. Had a swwet mustache and everything else necessary for the outfit, but I couldn't locate overalls at the Goodwill or Savers. I'm going as a rugby player with a tramautic brain injury, but I guess thats a bit redundent. Bit of an easy costume, I'm trying to figure out how to make it look like I'm missing some teeth. I'm thinking of fitting a piece black electrical tape or black plastic bag around my teeth using dental floss should work.

The dreaded flu struck me on Sunday and I threw-up for (from being sick) for the first time in over 15-20 years. And by "threw-up," I mean ... I had to hang on the the toilet to keep from getting blasted across the bathroom. I'm feeling better, but weak as hell. Luckily I got sick on a deload week ; )
