Hey now, we'll be back in garage soon. I'm going to try board presses (when i make'em) , rev band, or/and ring dips for bench asst.

Ohp & chin day is my favorite and I've skipped it a few weeks now. Dropped the push jerk training max to see where I am. PeriWO drink: iced coffee with chocolate milk... it was hot in the garage.
 
Haven't tried weighted chins in years... I haven't gotten much better >;( but its a start. Too bad you can't count lbs over BMI, then my numers would look decent.

I am over high rep chins and pull-ups for the moment. They don't do anything for top end strength and they tear up my hands. I suspect that if I add 50+lb to my one rep chin-up max, my bodyweight rep numbers will go up.

*rolls eyes* Yea, because if you add 100lbs on your squat, you will get more reps with less weight...

Lower back took a dump on my first work set. A generous portion of icy/hot helped, but I haven't recover from last week. Hit all reps, but I just didn't have it today.

For bench used normal index finger on ring width and short pause. Rev band bench I moved my grip in an inch and was pretty much bouncing the bar. I don't think I would've got the eighth rep.

I was too sore to do DLs off boxes so I decided to work on my hip hop. I suck at cleans and just try to rip the bar off the floor and swing it in an arch. Zero helped me with my form, I'm having a hard time shrugging after the hip pop. I'll work on it. DLs were good. My back was still hurting from squats, but med ball rolling my glutes between sets felt fantastic.

Good day jerking. I was wobbly and weak at 195, so I slapped on a thin Toro belt... I didn't think I was getting 5 reps. I just barely got the last rep of weighted chins.
