Doubles were feeling good, so I bumped up to 280. BBB w/ 200 was difficult towards to end. My back and legs are stiff and sore, so I didn't have the best arch today. I suck at hanging leg raises.

I was only hoping to get a single today and managed 3 beltless reps. The first two were some of my best heavy pulls eva. The third, I collapse in and rounded, so I decided to pick up the spare.
