Moved the bar onto my rear delts and off of my traps. The weight was light, but no hint of rounding. We'll see what happens at heavier weights. Felt stable and my upper body moved more as one piece. I'll need to find good hand placement.

When it cools off here in a few months I want to hike Humphreys Peak a few times. It tops out at almost 13,000 so the last few miles get tough. When I last lived here (50lbs ago) I ran to the top in an hour and 35 min (starting from 8000). I could never do that again, but I feel like an offensive lineman when I'm hiking now. I don't want to run anymore. I just don't want to die on the side of the trail.

Its so hot in town now I can't go outside to hike, so its either walk on the treadmill or get fat.

I'll definitely get a video up next week for some advice.
 
He keeps averaging around 258lbs at the gym.

Lifted at home tonight, its been cooler the last few days. Still over 100 in the garage. Wanted to see if I could get all my reps beltless. I did, but not much more left in the tank. Ring dips are hard. No back or glute pain.

Hit my goal for the overhead press contest :cool: I was a little worried as I'm always weak after a break from lifting. Zero encouraged me to test my 1 rep max, seeing as we were in the Hall of Justice for the day. Pretty good. I haven't tried lifting anything heavier than 225 in a year, so my form is a little wonky. I feel I could hit 275 pretty easily this month. Maybe I should work on Split Jerking it?
