Coach Zero helped me work on setting a better low bar position. I was having a a hard time finding the "shelf" above 300lb. I'm also not sure where to put my hands. Felt comfortable wider, but my upper back was less tight. My upper back was getting sore so moved the bar even lower for BBB sets. Is flaring elbows up to support the bar okay? Feel so much stronger and steadier already. Still need to thrown my head back.
 
Zero squat used to be really ugly. Good thing that Liquid's squat-morning was so impressive when I watched it or I would some mean things to say about his old squat form.

That would be hilarious, I'd definitely be down for that.

But, I have switched back to high bar, fuck low bar in the ear. I hated low bar so much and I felt 10x weaker. High bar is infinitely more natural to me.

It may feel a bit awkward and uncomfortable, but you should not feel that much weaker with it.
 
I felt weaker, but 10x more uncomfortable and awkward. I switched them after some thinking :icon_lol: I'm not sure what my problem was with it or if maybe I had it too low or something, because shoulder flexibility definitely shouldn't be a problem.
