Of course I did. Jones put a master class on Stipe. Jones is one of the greatest of all time. It appears that Aspinall is pretty good too. Oh and one is the champion and the other is interim champion.

By all means though, go ahead and rationalize to us why we shouldn't want to see this fight. Why we shouldn't want to see the best fight the best. This will be fun.

Twice: Colby Covington and Tony Fergusson. While MMA and NFL are different sports, they are both leagues that suppose that the two most deserving will compete for the championship. I think you can understand the analogy if a defending superbowl team that returned the next year refused to play anyone because they wanted to hold on to the title indefinitely without the risk of losing. It would be absurd but it's directly applicable to what Jones has been doing for the past year and continues to do.

Sign what, the fight was postponed and then rescheduled for a later date. Dana confirmed that the fight with jones and stipe was still signed and on but will take place at a later date after jones gets off injury.

They did not resign to fight each other, they rescheduled the time and date.

Before the excuse was "OH well the Stipe fight was signed before!"
Now the excuse is "He just fought, he needs a 6 month camp!" as if he took any damage in the assault he committed against Stipe.
