I dont think it'll happen, but it'll be worth a $10 bet just to say I hit it if it happened.
I still think it has better odds of happening than Ank landing his first sub ever on Poatan. Jan is a purely offensive grappler with 10x sub skills of Ank and couldn't threaten anything with an entire round of control time

I want to root for him because Alex ducked him and it would be a lesson to those Poatan fans who dismissed Ankalaev as a contender.

It was in fact Ankalaev who on record has ducked Poatan at 300 and possibly at 303 and 307 but those were never confirmed, only rumored.

Alex Pereira by all accounts is a nice human being, one of the most exciting fighters and all you could ask for in a champion. Yet you got people in here hating on him the same way folks hate Holloway or Forrest Griffin.
