    Sitting around 170 right now. Bulking has been going slow, but tried to kick start is a bit with a huge cheat meal last night and plan to have another later in the week. Beginning competition prep for a meet in January

    These suck balls. My quads were on fire. The worst part is if you try to relax at the top it just hurts worse because you constantly have tension on your quads

    The secret to my arms is my height. Pumped and flexing they are only a bit over 17", but when you factor in my 5'6" 170lb frame they appear to by 21".

    It's all about the MySpace angles. Fat girls learned this over a decade ago. The strength community needs to step their game up.
