    Last week before I deload. Weighing around 174 this morning which is the lowest I've this training cycle. Going to Disney/Universal Friday-Wednesday, so I'm sure my weight will come up some.

    I was 175 on the money this morning. I wanted 5 reps, but only got 4. So I pushed pressed the 5th rep just to get it over my head. Still feels good to press your bodyweight over your head for reps.

    47# is the heaviest I can go before I run out of 10's 5's and 2.5's. The next jump I am able to make is up to 62# which was too heavy for 8. So I just stuck with 42's and manipulated the rest time a bit to make it more challenging

    Just got back from Florida today. Basically was either standing and walking all day from 8am to after midnight, so by the end of each day my back and ankles felt like they were squished from all the compression. Luckily for me, it's a deload week. Gonna be doing a ton of mobility work to get back to normal this week.

    Deload continues. Still doing some mobility, smashing, and band distraction work to recover from all the standing and walking I did earlier this week, but starting to feel a bit better. So glad I'm deloading this week, a real heavy week wouldn't go over so well right now. I'll be back to form by next week though.

    Today officially ends my cut and gonna start bulking again just in time for Thanksgiving. The goal will be to get to 182 for a competition in January
