Went for squats first since I missed my last attempt. Hit 420 which was definitely a bit of a grind. Depth was close, but I'm definitely at parallel. Now I have to remember how to mimic that at my next meet so I don't waste energy or lose tightness.

Managed to keep my weight steady. Got home at 2am last night because of a flight delay. Got into the gym as soon as I got home and got another lift in this morning to get myself back on track.
