Just some light work this week to work on my groove and make sure everything is solid going into Sunday. I was sitting at 174 today so weight isn't going to be a problem at all. At this point I'm just gonna try to maintain the rest of the week to maximize my Wilks score vs trying to gain a bunch of water weight.

Right now my projected 3rd attempts are Squat 195.5kg/435.4#, Bench 155kg/341.7#, Deadlift 205kg/451.9#. May increase or decrease 5kg on meet day depending on how I'm feeling. Looks like I'll be walking in around 79kg/175# which will put me 4kg under my weight class.
 
Meet didn't go how I wanted. Made some mental mistakes and ended up bombing out. If I had just hit my opening squat I would have placed 2nd in my weight class.



Squat: 177.5kg/187.5kg/197.5kg
My warmups felt a bit slow and stiff, but felt like I nailed my first two attempts pretty well. I was a bit nervous of getting called on depth and went a bit too low on my last attempt and ended up getting stuck in the hole. Seems to be a re-occuring theme for me in comepetition.

Bench: 137.5kg/147.5kg/147.5kg
Got red lighted for jumping the press call, but it was a clean and easy press. I got a bit cocky and decided to go with my next lift as planned and just didn't have it in me. It's a mistake that cost me a silver medal and a mistake I'll never make again.

Deadlift: 185kg/195kg/205kg
At this point I wasn't really into it mentally, but I wanted to finish out the meet. First two attempts went fairly easily, but last attempt just didn't want to budge.
 
First day back in the gym since the meet. Kept it light just to get some blood flow and move. I forgot what I miserable person I become when I don't lift for extended periods of time.
