I don’t understand Trump/ Republicans did this so easily. Throw mass amounts of blame out at illegals that have no truth behind it at all, and then force tax cuts for the ultra wealthy to go into the BBB while destroying healthcare premiums for tens of thousands of Americans, and have their own party not putting any blame on them, and instead blaming illegal immigrants for it all, even though less than 1% of Medicaids entire budget is spent on illegal immigrants. I don’t get it at all. Are Conservatives really just that stupid?

Millions are set to either have their premium DOUBLE, or just completely lose coverage, MILLIONS. 22-24million Americans will be affected. You would think they would do a little bit more digging than sound bites or random tweets by Trump or Ted Cruz on social media.

As I mentioned earlier, healthcare is on the chopping block because they have to get some of that money back from the massive tax cuts to the wealthy. It's disgusting.

The DEMs are using what little leverage they have to keep the ACA subsidies from sundowning. That is what is happening here. The right wants to gut healthcare because it's an easy way to balance the books a little after the massive tax cuts they just passed AGAIN.

It's a shit system, it should be completely removed. Dems are not interested in using leverage, they're interested in coasting on shit policy from over a decade ago. They don't care about their constituents, if they did they would have done more work in the first two years under Biden

Yes, and start with eliminating for-profit health insurance companies. Until then the gov't helping people afford health insurance is a good cause. And Biden did fortify the ACA subsidy in 2021. That's what is getting ready to sundown at the end of the year. That's the main issue at hand here. Premiums will rise about 100% on average.

It wrecked the entire system.
