Why are Blanchfield and Fiorot so overrated?

If you watch Fiorot x Blanchfield right after Shevchenko x Grasso II you gonna see an abyssal technical and dynamic difference between these two fights. Fiorot x Blanchfield took place 90% on the feet and it was still was boring as fuck while Sheva x Grasso II was the most technical fight in the division history. I just think Val, Alexa and Natalia are in a different level. I could to say Dakota Ditcheva could kick both asses too

Fiorot brings only athleticism for Valentina
Blanchfield brings only toughness for Alexa

Who knows. Erin did not look good against Manon at all and she was looking outclassed in the first 2 rounds against Rose until Rose had a malfunction and dropped the other 3 rounds. If that was a 3 rounder Rose would have won soundly, Erin got lucky it was 5. I don't see Erin getting past Grasso, Grasso actually has power in her hands and can perform consistently over 5 rounds. It's going to be a very tall order for Manon to beat Shev as well, and I don't think she gets it done. Shev is going to outsmart her and out technique her but I think that one will be closer than Erin vs Grasso will be IMO.

I think you are underestimating her by ALOT.

Erin Blachfield is easily best grappler in 125 divsion. On the ground she dominates everyone rankings. The only issue she has is getting to the ground once their is pretty lopsided. The only person to beat so far onlydid by keeping it standing.

I don't how long you have watching MMA but usually gragrappling heavy pplers beat strikers head to head. Grasso has shown major issues dealing with high level grapplers in her career. In fact all of her career losses have been to grapplers, Suarez, Espraza, and Valentina's grappling heavy gameplan.

You saw how easy Valetina was gettign takedowns against Grasso. What makes so sure that she will stuff alll of Erin's???

My issue being that blanchfield's takedowns are very poor. I used to think she would have ran through Grasso until I saw the Fiorot fight. She NEEDS to work on her TDs. Her standup is abysmal.

Did you not see the Grasso vs Valentina???

What makes you think Grasso’s TDD is all that good?
Val has a pretty competent double leg. I'm saying Blanch's TDs are so bad even Grasso who has no TDD will stuff a few or enough of them. I could also be wrong. But I agree if Blanch can get it to the ground it's a wrap.

I think Fiorot beats Grasso and Blanchfield beats her too. I think Blanchfield vs Grasso is closer though.

Because they're still head and shoulders above most of the other girls

Blanchfield needs to work on her takedowns. She needs to develop a double leg and single leg. She lives in Jersey. She should be training in a wrestling room somewhere. They are all over the place here. My son was a high school wrestler here so I'm familiary with the wrestling scene where she trains.

They aren't overrated- they are underrated inside the mind of the TS.

He just doesn't see it. It's kind of like with dementia- some people don't even recognize that they've become demented when others around them do.

Are you really comparing Enrin's take downs ability to Valentina? Val is way more athletic, fast, and mixe wrestling with judo. She's way more unpredictable since she's mixing elite striking with take downs. Her timing is crazy good

Enri was not even trying to submit Manon and Rose. Grasso's ground game has evolved a lifetime since she started training with Diego. Her defeats to Sparza and Suarez was six yerars ago in another division. Six years ago Enrin was being defeated by Tracy Cortez...

Both of them beat Valentina and Alexa. No clue what you are watching. That trilogy was just holding the belt warm for Manon.

Grasso is not very good at wrestling, she got blanketed by Esparza. Her performances against an aging Valentina have got you guys thinking she is better than she is. Blanchfield would dominate her if they fought. Manon takes the title. Val has aged out of the sport but is clinging onto the title because she went through a trilogy with a fighter who wasn't actually the best contender and just got a shot out of happenstance.
