I've noticed that the MMA fanbase tends to be right leaning from what I see on Sherdog and Twitter, why is this? Why aren't there more liberals and left wing people who are fans of MMA? Also how do we attracts more left wing fans into the support? Would having more LGBT fighters perhaps attract more left leaning fans?

How is this wrong? A lot of left wing people view the ring girls as demeaning to women, maybe having ring boys will change that perception. Elias Thedorou has been pushing boundaries on this.

Fact of the matter is, MMA appeals largely to white males, and specifically the same subset of white male Americans as right wing American politics; the uneducated and the poor.

Obviously, MMA appeals to a lot of people who don't fit that criteria, but speaking generally you're going to find a lot of bitter, resentful, white male "victims" among the MMA fandom - think Trump without the money.
