Who am I?

hrmmmm. What would be a more difficult one...

The Greatest Bantamweight ever lost to this man twice. I then beat this man twice, once in his home country to end his career, at a weight two weights higher than Bantamweight. (and no cheating for this one!)
Are you asking for the great fighter or the guy who beat him?

Fighting Harada if the latter.

No, thats not right. Nevermind

Who am I?

I'm on the short list of greatest heavyweight punchers ever. The man regarded by most as the Greatest heavyweight ever had his best performance ever against me, some say it was out of respect for my power, others said out of pity.

Who Am I?

I was a dead ringer for what many consider the greatest heavyweight ever, in fact, I played him in a movie and although I had an amateur win over Rocky Marciano, my pro career never panned out.

no, I was a great puncher but I never won the title, i was in an outside of the ring altercation that nearly ended my career. But I'm honestly considered on par with Liston as a puncher even if I'm forgotten about today.

bingo! Most consider the 66 ali fight the Zenith of Ali's physical prime, an amalgamation of speed and greater physical maturity and he was never more serious about his business. According to Jerry Izenberg, Ali and he were in the locker room discussing "fantastic voyage" and Ali was describing the movie to him, he then did a characteristic thing, changed subject, "I feel sorry for the guy" Jerry said "what guy" and Ali replied Williams, Jerry said if he meant that he should get rid of him Quickly. However, Bill Cayton thought it was because Cleveland was so devestating as a puncher, I think they did some punch count on that fight and Cleveland landed only a handful of punches but ali still said "that cleveland williams had some hard punches" I do think he was visibly stunned once in the fight. Remember, at that point, no one knew Ali had the greatest chin in heavyweight championship history, not even he knew, so he didn't want to play around.
