I felt like shit today, haven't ate enough the past few days. Work has been busy and they are cranking up our OT more and I tend to forget to eat when I'm occupied. Regardless, good workout. I got some squats in nice and deep and the pain wasn't there. The area is still really tight and I'm just going to keep hitting it every workout until I'm back up to full strength. The most I have ever put over my head is 242, and I did it for 8 reps today so that is progress. Got the 242x2 and 198x10 on video, will upload later. It dawned on me that I can get 300 pounds overhead by the end of the year if I keep at it.
