Whiskey, War, Suicide, and Guns

No I haven't listened to it yet. I have a large backlog of music to listen to, and I haven't been in the mood for A.N. Lately Gods of the Earth by The Sword and Gin by Cobalt have been dominating my Ipod playlist. Along with the new Clutch album. The drum work on Gin is incredible.





I walked for an hour in the park tonight, if anyone cares.
 
It's feeling a lot better. When I was doing presses yesterday I dropped down into the Asian squat position and my ROM was much better than before. It's also not randomly popping throughout the day anymore.

I might do a meet in November. Two other guys at my gym are going to do it and I get along great with them so we might train together for it. Should be fun. Until Tony the Freak passes me in every lift with a month of consistent training.

You may be able to squat/pull sooner than you originally planned.
 
Thanks for the words of encouragement I was going to ask how your recovery is going buy I see my answer above. WHen is your meet date so I can get the time off far in advance.
 
Are you into Torche or Floor? I finally saw Torche the other day and they were incredible. They played three Floor songs and it made me upset that I never bothered to go see Floor like 7-8 years ago when I was obsessed with their self titled album.
 
Torche is awesome. I would definetely pay to see them. Never listened to Floor that I am aware of. In that same vein, Sleep is amazing.
