What's your workout frequency?

3 times a week for weight training....legs i do every 5th day or so. 1 to 2 days yoga and or stretching to recover for lifting days
 
Too much probably
Mon/wed/fri
Front squats (185) 10x3
Weighted pullups(25) 10x5
And
1.5hrs bouldering

Tues/thurs
Bear complex(135)- amrap in 30mins
And
BJJ-1hr technique + minimum 4 5min rolls
 
Mondays, Wedn, Fridays - it's all about power lifting, and gaining mass ... and Tue / Thurs = those two days for running and burning calories. Sometimes I even can take of those WOD , free workout courses from Muscle Madness site, where well-known athletes show the best workout practices they know, and I like to make it with them.

At this point in my life, I am doing good to lift once a week and roll once, maybe twice.
