your brain a little stupid
you are offended by everything, ashamed of nothing.

And Volk was not especially impressed by Islam's S&C after fighting him x2, so what? That’s your response to me when I linked something what JDM actually said? Answering the question in the topic.
He was shocked how strong his opponent was and they didn’t prepare for that. Only thing what had changed was his opponent taking russian creatine. These are just facts, go cry somewhere else.
Yes, what ever made the huge difference in strength, it was that what they were not able to prepare for in his training camp. The other team seemed to have time to change their usual training regime and succeed to surprise their opposing team with it.And Volk was not especially impressed by Islam's S&C after fighting him x2, so what?
Islam mopped the octagon canvas with JDM, so what JDM says matters little. He either does not have elite S&C himself, or tries to come up with something to not look as bad.
I am just sick and tired by "only Russians do PEDs" narrative. Maddalena and Makhachev get tested by the same controlling body and none of them popped. And everyone with a bit of MMA knowledge know that it was not strength and conditioning that won Islam that fight.Yes, what ever made the huge difference in strength, it was that what they were not able to prepare for in his training camp. What ever it was that made the difference, no need for you to get mad about it.

Lol, I don’t think there are such narrative that ONLY ruskies do peds. Athletes have different resources and some have better than others and more systematic than others.I am just sick and tired by "only Russians do PEDs" narrative. It seems like the truth is something that needs to be hidden and censored, not to offend anyone and hurt their feelings. Only fitting narratives are allowed to be told, because that keeps the theater going.my man, they now get mad when you point out that "their figher" simply had 3 times the time to prepare... like, are we now not allowed to point that out? do we have to pretend that having 9 months of specific training is worse than coming of a 5 round fight and jumping right back into training?
I never said all training camps are the same, I am not arguing with some fighters havihg better preparation than the others. Makhachev surely enjoys the best training methods and coaches money can buy.Lol, I don’t think there are such narrative that ONLY ruskies do peds. There is also a huge difference in the budget for different fighters training camps and some have “godfathers” who pay for their training camps and some have to pay everything from their own pockets.
One has to be really naive not to understand that.
I think the only other one of his opponents, who has talked about his strength is Bobby Green who fought him short notice at 160 catch weight. I think that had more to do with Green coming straight from vacation and not preparing at all for the fight, and was cutting over 35lbs in a couple of days. For sure that is a disadvantage and makes you feel weaker. On the ground he may or may not have that much of a physical strength advantage. A small dude that can use leverage better feels like he weighs a ton. Poirier wasn't that impressed.
ha ha, stupidity on another level.you are offended by everything, ashamed of nothing.
elite
ha ha, stupidity on another level.
you should be the last one talking about shame.
be ashamed of your stupid posts.our level is reaching
How dares he preparing for the title fight!Preparation time!
Islames last LW fight was in January against Moicano, who was not even in the Top 10, and a month later Daner announced that Bilel and JDM would fight in May.
So Islame knew that JDM was a possible fight for him, and he had time to start preparing for him as early as February, all while JDM was preparing for Bilel. I know, I know, he did not have a 10 month fight camp. But does anyone here want to say with a straight face that Islame was just sitting at home, playing with his horses? LOL. Not even the biggest bathtubber can deny that the guy was preparing for JDM from the beginning of this year, doing specific training for him. On top of that, he had the entire fight in May to watch and study, while JDM had to take a break after a long preparation and a five round fight.
Moreover, Islame knew with complete certainty that he would fight JDM at MSG in the autumn, even before the contracts were signed. The official announcement came in August, by which point Islame already had around six to seven months of preparation. JDM most likely did not start preparing for Islame until August, giving him roughly three months or less. Sure, three months is the standard preparation time. However, if your opponent has had roughly three times as long to specifically prepare for you, you do not need to be a genius to see who had the advantage.
Now turn the tables and give JDM nine to ten months of training, while Islame has a fight in between, and JDM would look much better than he did. I am not even claiming he would win, but he would definitely look different. Just look what Volk could do with like 3-4 months of preparation and bulk up time in comparison to the 2nd fight when they pulled him off the couch and after he had surgery.
JDM could have prepared for two years, the result would be the same. How dares he preparing for the title fight!
Just wow as usual LMAO![]()
