This is a typical week for me. I also have the time and finances to be able to train as much as I like.

Sunday: Judo (1hr)
Monday: BJJ (1hr)
Tuesday: BJJ (1hr) and Eskrima (1.5hrs)
Wednesday: Judo (1hr)
Thursday BJJ (1hr) and Eskrima (1.5hrs)
Friday: BJJ (1hr)
Saturday: Muay Thai (1hr) and Yoga (1hr)

I will vary it slightly depending on how I feel. I try to listen to my body and spar with a gradual increase in intensity. That seems to help me through the week. I'm a recreational person though. I train purely for the enjoyment and fun of it.

I usually work 7a-430p, and take grad classes part time. Currently my only class is Monday 530p-9p.

Monday: Lunchtime Lift

Tuesday: Lunchtime Conditioning, BJJ 730-930

Wednesday: BJJ 730-930

Thursday: Lunchtime Conditioning, Nogi 715-830, BJJ 830-10

Friday: Lift

Saturday: Nogi 12-2

Sunday: BJJ 12-2

My grappling schedule is set in stone, but my S&C can fluctuate due to work or me just being dead tired.

T: 1.5 or 3 hours NOGI BJJ
W: 1.5 hours BJJ
T: 1.5 or 3 hours NOGI BJJ
S: 2.5 hours BJJ/NOGI Rolling only

I freelance, so some weeks I have off and do nothing but train, sometimes twice a day.

This is what my schedule looks like on a good week. Because of work obligations I might skip a day or two.

Monday: BJJ (1hr)
Tuesday: Boxing (2.5hrs)
Wednesday: BJJ (1hr)
Thursday: Boxing (2.5hrs)
Friday: MMA sparring (2hrs)
Saturday: Grappling open mat (1.5hrs) OR Boxing (2hrs)

Monday - Nothing
Tuesday - Nothing
Wednesday - Free Session, mostly just Roll Gi for 1.5 hours and half an hour technique but sometimes put the gloves on.
Thurs - Nothing
Friday - BJJ (Gi)
Sat - BJJ (No Gi)
Sun - Nothing

Dammit I feel like such a slob compared to most of you guys!, although I am going to start trying to get to the gym at least twice a week.

Don't know how you other guys that have full time jobs do it.

My thoughts exactly. I fucking work a shitload of hours. I am training 1-4 days/week but closer to 3. I'm going to need to train my ass off the next 5 weeks for a tournament, though. So, I'm going to need to hit this shit up.

I work full time too. The secret is to get the GPP stuff done at lunch times or right after work.

Monday - Nogi BJJ
Tuesday - lunchtime Yoga, Evening Judo/JJJ then open mat sparring
Wednesday - lunchtime weight training
Thursday - lunchtime Yoga, after work weight training
Friday - lunchtime weight training
Saturday - Judo/JJJ/BJJ, open mat sparring
Sunday - BJJ

My weight training routine varies every 6 weeks. I'll work strength one month, hypertrophy another, explosize power etc. If there is some target date that I am training for, like a testing, competition or training trip, I will add interval style cardio on the weight training days.

As far as diet goes, I have one cheat day a week to eat what I want. Otherwise I keep things high protein, low fat, medium ish carbs.

I work a full time job 9-5 where my schedule changes a few times a week (I work in Radio) but my training pretty much stays on track...

Don't forget Outsourced and the best show on tv...ARCHER! Haha. I usually leave training a few minutes early on Thursdays to get to my buddy's house by 10 for good tv and a few beers.

most on here need either a job, girlfriend, or life enjoy life; still train just enjoy it while your young
