What does your week training schedule look like?

Reading a all your training schedules I'm wondering how you all combine this effectively with school/study/work.
I'm a fulltime student and I'm working on my master thesis right now as well as attending some courses (all adding up to appr. 40-50 hours a week) and I really have to plan right and work hard to fit every thing in and have some kind of a social life too!
If someone feels like telling me how they go about this, please!

Another thing I noticed is that a lot of you don't have many rest-days in your schedules. I have 2 every week and mostly work this schedule for two months followed by 1 week total rest and then start again. If I don't do this or if I reduce the numer of rest-days in my schedule, I usually start to get burned out a bit sooner or later. I won't progress as fast anymore (or I won't at all anymore) and I'm getting more prone to injuries.
Tell me how you all deal with that please!

For me it is a tough juggling act, but one that I need to do. I am historically a fat bastard and would revert to such if I got too slack. I work everyday Mon-Fri come home and spend some time with my family most nights. I have young kids and after they go to bed I work out. 45min-1hour at the most.

I have everything I need at home, Olympic weights, cage, bench, some cheap puzzle mats, heavy bad, a cd player, and an understanding spouse. The schedule I posted earlier is what I did last week. It will be similar but not the same this week. What doesn't usually change is the trip to Thai boxing and the Sat schedule.

well. three or four times X week bjj for 1hour or two. 1 time X week kickboxing /sparring. saturdays and sundays free or perhaps some weights. depends on the free time.

My ideal schedule looks something like this... and I have a lot more free time in my days now, so I should now be able to finally fully commit to it.

Monday-> Push Lifting (Bench, shoulder press, squats, triceps), Cardio

Tuesday-> Morning: 2 hours BJJ drilling (gi or no gi, whatever needs work)
Evening: 2 hours no gi BJJ / MMA

Wednesday-> Morning: Cardio
Evening: 2 hours BJJ w/gi

Thursday-> Morning: 1hr Yoga, 1hr Muay Thai sparring
Evening: 2 hours no gi BJJ / MMA

Friday -> Morning: Pull Lifting (chins, rows, deads, cleans, bi's, hamstring curls)
Evening: 2 hours BJJ w/gi

Saturday: Rest

Sunday: 2 hours BJJ/MMA drilling, Cardio

right now I have a pretty big load with work and school too. But they're one in the same since I work on campus, so if I ever get too tired and forget which one I'm supposed to go to it isn't really that big of a deal, lol.

Monday - school 9 am - 1 pm work 5pm - 10 pm, gym somewhere in between
Tuesday - school 9 - 1 work 1-5, BJJ (gi) 8pm - 10 pm
Wednesday - school 9-1 work 1-5 BJJ (no gi) 8 pm - 10 pm
Thursday - school 9-1 Takedowns 8 pm - 10 pm
Friday - school 9 - 1 work 1-5 No gi bjj 6:30 pm - 8 pm, MMA 8 pm - 10 pm
Saturday - no work, no school, no training unless I decide to go to the gym and workout, which I usually do
Sunday - same as saturday

I don't have much of a life outside of the weekends. I'm so busy. Honestly though, I'm going through alot of really hard things personally right now, so if I didn't have rolling to clear my head and keep me sane, I think I'd have a breakdown.

Monday & Wednesday & Friday : 8:30-9:30AM bjj, 9:30-10:30AM Boxing, 7:30-8:30PM judo.
Tuesday & Thursday: 8:30-9:30AM bjj, 9:30-10:30 muaythai, then late at night weight training session.
Sat and sun so far is rest. Also mon-fri 12-1pm there is another bjj class might do it when time allows.

Thinking about doing BJJ every morning. Thing is, I have to pay $60 more. And, if I pay more money, I have unlimited access, which may have me doing two workouts per day at least 4 days per week.
