Dammit I feel like such a slob compared to most of you guys!, although I am going to start trying to get to the gym at least twice a week.

Don't know how you other guys that have full time jobs do it.

pretty simple,
no weights

mostly bjj from 1-5 days a week, mma as well

i go depending on how my body feels

W: Nothing
T: Sparring 1 H with two friends of mine
F: Nothing
S: polly drinkin beer
S:nothin

also note i am unemplyed and have nothin to do all day, there is no excuse for me not training moore i just simly suck,

You guys train so freakin much. Take some time to enjoy life "outside the gym."

Sunday: AM / PM MMA
Monday: AM school, PM Judo
Tuesday: AM / PM work
Wensday: AM / PM school
Thursday: PM Judo
Friday: Party time.
Saturday: AM Judo, PM work

mon am weights pm bjj

wed bjj
thu jkd
fri am weight pm bjj
sat jkd
sun rest or muay thai

work 9-5 and have a high maintence g/f so training is hard, but I keep it going
i've got alog in the training section too, so I had to look too post.

now my idea of training is, workout whatever is not sore :-D

so sometimes my muscle workouts leave me sore for more time than expected, so i'll do something else. the big key is i'm always doing SOMETHING on everyday. even if I do not post it on my log

Sunday - cardio - lots of it and very tough on myself.
Monday Judo 2-2.5 hours then to the gym for lower body weights
Tuesday - gym - generally upper body
Wednesday - gym again - cardio
thursday - judo 2-2.5 hours - if it wasn't a good enough workout, i'll do some leg weights
Friday - whatever is not sore - weights
Saturday - upper body weights HARD lifting generally

Reading a all your training schedules I'm wondering how you all combine this effectively with school/study/work.
I'm a fulltime student and I'm working on my master thesis right now as well as attending some courses (all adding up to appr. 40-50 hours a week) and I really have to plan right and work hard to fit every thing in and have some kind of a social life too!
If someone feels like telling me how they go about this, please!

Another thing I noticed is that a lot of you don't have many rest-days in your schedules. I have 2 every week and mostly work this schedule for two months followed by 1 week total rest and then start again. If I don't do this or if I reduce the numer of rest-days in my schedule, I usually start to get burned out a bit sooner or later. I won't progress as fast anymore (or I won't at all anymore) and I'm getting more prone to injuries.
Tell me how you all deal with that please!

I train (usually) 5 days a week. I don't go to school and I got my boss to give me a set schedule every week so that it works around my training.

I haven't felt burnt out yet (I started grappling about 8 months ago).

A far as injuries go I've had two so far (back when I first started and didn't attend regualry...haven't had any since training full time.)
