I'd go even further, but my main point in that thread was that it doesn't matter what I'd do because gun laws are a clusterfuck Gordian Knot. The gun debate was over after Sandy Hook, and the gun control side lost. You can't fix the issue with the constraints of the current system and current political environment. That's why I didn't really want to get too detailed in that thread. I repeatedly said what would do doesn't matter, but people claimed I was being cowardly. I then gave some examples in good faith and then I was sealioned for details that I already said were pointless. I saw it coming from a mile away.
