what i ment was this sets you up to be bridged so make sure you have a good base
 
Flying Triangle Choke (For you Blake)

I begin with my opponent in the side control position. He has his knee up to avoid the mount.

With my right arm I hook my opponent's right leg at the knee, I press my weight onto the leg to secure it in place.

I then sit up and place my left knee on my opponent's stomach.

Next I take my left arm and hook my opponent's leg below the knee.

I then fall back with the leg secured.

To gain leverage to complete the knee bar I reach my left arm around the back of my opponent's ankle.

I then squeeze my knees together and pull my opponent's leg backward to complete the lock.
 
That triple attack is cool, I like the arm bar where your shin is on their throat, its pretty sharp and tight on your opponent. I love arm bars but its predictable when I go for them on the mount. That gogoplate is good toon. I don't have very boney shins but they are pretty thick, so hopefully I'll be posting about braggin someone with my shins.
 
Thanks Resendiz, I've being using the Simple Collar Choke alot & it helps to grab an arm for another sub if you can't sink it in.

arm bar, arm lock, tomato, to'mato'
 
I like the fireman throw but they expose you back too much if the move is countered.
