Why does markos make a prediction when she doesn't even know who Zhang is

And how do you not know who one of the toughest fighters in your own division is? Lol
 
Don't know a lot about Weili Zhang, but 16 finishes out of 19 wins (9KO/TKO, 7 Submissions) sounds great tbh. Jessica Andrade is an exciting, wild fighter as well, say what you want about her, but there's no boring fight as long as she's in that Octagon.

I'm really curious about this fight... of course, a historic card, featuring a Chinese title contender on home soil... then it's also Andrade's first title defense, in the "enemy's lair", so to speak... and of course, a very intriguing stylistic clash. Wang looked good in her previous fights, she seems both skilled and physical, and of course, she seems to have that vicious "killer" attitude some of these ladies kind of lack...

... still, Andrade should be the favorite. She is a BEAST at 115... Zhang has to copy Joanna's performance to hope for a win, and Andrade is arguably better than she was two years ago... also, a big step-up in competition for Zhang.
 
Weili is a lot more well rounded and seems tough. She might not be as physically strong but she has a lot of tools to win with. Hope she dont get dumped on her head like Rose did.
 
This is Weili's first real test and I dont think she passes.

Watching this I'm realizing 90% of fighters actually don't know much about fighting.

Another proof that being an analyst and trying to read combat actually requires more thought process than just being a fighter and drilling techniques without understanding it or understanding the use of it.

I'm looking towards this fight moreso than I did the Nunes vs Cyborg fight. In that one, I knew Nunes would annihilate Cyborg; but this fight should be a lot more competitive.

We wolnt know till they're in the cage. But I think everyone is underestimating how strong Zhang is I'd say 2nd or 3rd strongest sw in the UFC. From what I've seen Andrade wolnt be able to just out strength her for slams and td. Technical striking Zhang will light her up and she hits hard too. I only see Andrade winning with a big ko shot and so far Zhang's chin looks good although there's something to be said for experience Andrade been in big fights and title fights before too.

I think Zhang needs a couple more fights before she got to Andrade, but def going for Zhang cause I love muscular Chinese chicks.
 
People saying Zhang fights like Joanna what are you smoking. Joanna has fantastic boxing, Zhang's boxing is way less developed & she relies more on throwing a lot of kicks from distance.

If you look at Weili's fight with Santos you will see there was a lot of sloppy wild exchanges where Santos tagged her hard. If she gets lured into that kind of fight with Andrade she gets Ko'd likely. She is a strong girl though, so maybe she can try to grapple & give Andrade another submission loss? We'll see.
