Doesn’t seem like many people agree with you. RDR visibly hurt Robert more times throughout the fight and clearly landed the biggest shots outside of the shot that dropped RDR. RDR outstruck and outgrappled, and just plainly outlasted Rob. The right guy won.

I had it Reindeer 3-2. I don't even think 4-1 Reindeer would have been that atrocious if you give him round 3 in addition to 2,4, and 5.

Bobby should take a couple lesser fights - not sure if he's got that in him as a competitor - and look to step away. He's a great personality and person as an ambassador for MMA. He'll find a job easy.

He was looking up at the clock alot in the 5th and when he said he thought he ticked all the boxes to win, I felt like that indicated the hunger is not quite there anymore. With these judges you can never rest on that mentality.

Whit was content getting pushed against the cage, he refused to pummel and scramble out because he didn’t want to risk position. His point fighting mentality came back to bite him

You have a good point but Bob was also getting some (hard to see) nasty shots on him which were getting nastier as the fight progressed. I know RDR was slick as well but the stuff on the cage is really telling that Rob was hurting him as well. I need to re-watch and if you find a good breakdown send me an IM but that's a weird one that kills Rob's momentum.. Look RDR is awesome and seems cool as shit, he could be champ but that is a weird one because of the cage lean aspect that is a loophole which needs to be fixed.

It really does feel like MMA is on the decline, honestly it has for a couple years now.

Those knees being landed were the most significant strikes of the fight outside of a single knockdown/.
Rob is just too much of a beast to go down from them.

Same as in the clinch. RDR landing shots constantly and just wearing Rob down.

Credit to Rob for surviving the ground exchanges, he put some great work in there to improve that aspect after the Khamzat fight.
