UFC ON ABC 9 underdog pick of the night

de Ridder ? Maybe... expecting a wild card.

Buday has a chance
Barriault has a chance

I'm actually picking

Ricci
Nurmagomedov
De Ridder

Rooting for McGhee and Grant but I don't think they'll win.

This will be the card with the winning undercats 🐈

Not too confident on any of these dogs but I'll go with Guskov.

Kind of uncertain how anyone is picking Said unless they think Bryce is going to perform worse at BW. His gas tank isn't all that great and I see Bryce will pressure him and smother him to a decision. Feels like a lock if Bryce makes it through the first round.

I feel like this is one of the cards you can bet a little on every underdog and come out ahead. Going to be a good fight night.

Virtually every card there is a fighter who beats the odds. Which fighter do you think is most likely to this card?

Whittaker -155 vs de Ridder +130
Yan -375 vs McGhee +300
Magomedov -650 vs Barriault +470
Almabayev -125 vs Ochoa +105
Krylov -198 vs Guskov +165
Mitchell -142 vs Nurmagomedov +122
Leal -535 vs Salikhov +400
Blackshear -375 vs Grant +295
Ribas -205 vs Ricci +170
Aslan -298 vs Elekana +240
Nguyen -395 vs Yahya +310
Almeida -305 vs Buday +245

Huge card for underdogs.unfortunately Phillips lost last card bringing my record down to 12-12. This card I’m going with “dangerous” Davey Grant!

Shoutout to last cards winners @Hymen Crusher @Kowboy On Sherdog @Poirierfan
@Trupsi @Luthien @Siver! @Harlekin @TITS @Serge421 @blunttruth @ChrisBenoit

Picked a few this time including Said, Ricci, and Ochoa, but BUDAY is my pick.

I'll always slightly favour an experienced and well-rounded, unspectacular, boring veteran over a specialist.

I want Buchecha to rip through him, but I can see Buday trying to shut down the excitement.

TWO WEEKS IN A ROW!

A huge step up in competition, but I wouldn’t be surprised if McGee is more competitive with Yan than expected. I’d say especially in the early rounds considering that Yan is a slow starter, while Marcus the opposite. My alibi is ignorance of if this is scheduled for 3 or 5 rounds, that’ll make all the difference.

I’ll also add that Whittaker is always a dangerous opponent, it’s insane to think that Reiner and Robert are so close in age (34 years old), that being said this is another huge step up in competition, although I suspect DeRidder will be surprisingly competitive with an aging Whittaker who has a dozen more fights in mileage than Reiner.

If money were on the line, Salikhov at +400 looks like a good bet. He has beaten brawlers before, and I am not sure Leal is a good enough striker to understand Salikhov's distance, the way Randy Brown did
Told you

Underdogs are killing it tonight.
