KG is a perfect example of why fighters need to take living a healthy lifestyle outside of fight camp seriously regardless of their skill level. I’m glad Paddy is learning this early enough.

It’s called being professional. In the other sports, they are paid well because they literally have to train day in day out from pre camp to pre season to season. MMA fighters don’t have anyone over watching them, you don’t know if a guy trained 3 days, 5 days a week or 1 day a week.

This is one of those matchups where you can see how the height/reach difference really hurts the shorter guy, Kelvin's melon sized head is just perfectly lined up for all of Pyfer's shots, while he has to eat shots to close the distance just to punch upwards futilely at the taller guy. If you're short for a division you have to be able to wrestle or you're done.
