UFC 310: Pantoja vs. Asakura

I'd say Lentz and Grundy are also less durable than Aljo, what skews things is that Sterling got finished by two of the most dangerous strikers at BW at the time who were elite, I don't think Sterling is actually a chinny fighter or anything. Think of it like Hunt having most of his losses be via strikes in the UFC, on paper it looks bad but everyone knows Mark wasn't frail or anything.
Lentz is insanely durable you need to be possibly biggest killer in ufc history to get him out of there. As for Grundy well hes unproven there but we never know thats why I put possibly lol.
Not that I think Aljo is non durable or anything just that Movsar gets too much shit for not finishing when hes basically been fighting up momentum fighters or durable type overall.

How is landwehr/Choi basically even? Landwehr is a dog, 4-1 in his last 5 fights, with his wins over Onama and Klein having aged very well.

He gets rocked a lot, like against Emmers and Choi showed he can still crack against Algeo.

Decent looking card.

Has anyone seen any Bryce interviews where he's hinted at his gameplay? Logic would suggest if he uses his wrestling to keep the fight standing he can clearly win a striking match. Logic isn't really something I'd associate with Bryce though so if he's said anything about wanting to go out there and from the off wrestle with Kron to prove his grappling is as good etc, I'd probably believe him and be tempted by Kron sub. Shit, if I was Kron I'd have spent the past week doing interviews about how my ground game is leagues above his, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is superior to American Wrestling and if Bryce chooses to use his Wrestling to keep the fight standing that is only confirmation of it - make it an emotional and national issue for Bryce and I think you can get him to engage where you want it pretty easily if he was planning to stick to striking.

I'm semi tempted by Luque, either sub or just straight up as an underdog. He could be cooked after that Buckley performance but it's a big step up for Themba who isn't much of a striking threat (though Luque seems to find a way to get hurt most fights, even in his prime). I fear the Neal and Buckley fights might indicate where he's at though, which would be disappointing given earlier in his career he seemed destined for contendership.

Reyes should win against the ghost of Anthony Smith, but so should have Petrino going into it (I actually bet Smith in that fight). One thing for me is that Smith for all his faults is still fairly durable. Reyes speed may end up helping him out Anthony away early but my fear would be if Smith is still there in round 2 or 3 it gives Anthony more time to catch Reyes with something and either put him out or hurt Reyes enough for Anthony to get his hands on him and latch on a sub. Reyes issues could end up being behind him but it's still difficult to shake the image of him getting put out by a Spann jab.
