Vettori vs Dolidze 2 PBP

Obviously r3 for Hernandez. Kurts inability to scramble his way up is glaring, too happy to give away control time.

I could see the 30-27, but think 29-28 is probably fairest.

Probably too late in his career to address but up and coming fighters should use it as a warning, drill the fuck out of scrambling back to your feet because unless you're adept at subbing people off your back and constantly threatening, giving away minutes without trying to get you back to your feet will consistently cost you fights.

1u Chidi @ 2.73

Both good strikers, I think Chidi suits 170 better than he did at 185. Dos Santos age is a concern, I think Chidi could be a touch faster here.

Expecting it to be a close fight so happy to go with whoever was underdog here.

Hard to score. I'd lean Chidi, but he did get wobbled and lost some major control time.
Coin flip round.

Nice finish by Chidi.

He's still undefeated at welterweight in the UFC.
He uses his range and power very well at this weight. I also like how he stayed calm and composed after getting wobbled/grappled.

Good finish, nice knee.

At 36 I'm not sure how much of a run he can put together but he looked good tonight. Very technical striking, hopefully he gets a good ranked opponent next fight, ideally someone who will oblige him on the feet for a good fight.

I got a bet on Dolidze for the next one. I figure he'll probably win the opening rounds regardless, and I'll be able to get better hedge odds on Vettori later. Hopefully it plays out that way.

Gassed at 185. Good cardio and output at 170.

Interesting...

Wonderboy would be a fun fight thinking about it. Perhaps higher ranked than would make sense but Wonderboy is 1-4 and outside the top 10 now.

late money coming in on dolidze on bet ag.

1u Dolidze @ 2.36

The layoff for Marvin is a concern. I think Dolidze should have a power advantage. Marvin at his best mixes up his grappling but seems to have gone away from that in his most recent fights.

It being 5 rounds should make things interesting with that layoff.

Vettori looks a bit more ripped, and he looks younger with the hair.

Lol, cup installation break 😆

Bell, Cleary, and D'Amato judging?
Herb Dean reffing?
I don't like that combo one bit😆
