UFC 272 Press Conference

Colby just hit Jorge with a lot of low blows. The COVID loans, the welfare, stealing, Obama phone and the baby mama's house. It is probably the truth and it stung. Colby was like the mistress who got cut off and is blowing up all the spots. That COVID loan stuff is sort of insinuating Jorge might be scamming the government.

I don't know, Jorge completely avoided almost all of the pre-fight press schedule with Askren and hardly engaged in any trash talk with him, and everyone thought is was because he was shook. His attitude seems kind of the same here, only he's yelling and taunting a lot.

Jorge is not a natural shittalker, that seems fairly obvious. He's especially carried himself as a "real dude" who's really averse to theatrics, that is, until "3 piece and a soda" and "super necessary" somehow caught on and people just assumed he's that guy.
Colby is even more insufferable than usual. I admit he was kinda winning me over the past year but man it's back to square one with me. He's really just dialing who he is up to a hundred.
Anyway, both aspire to be like and be with Trump, so there goes any need to read too deep into the way these two are wired.
Just hoping for a competitive fight this Sunday.

Didn't know that's a thing, giving one side absolutely zilch in points. I mean Colby is no superstar but he's more or less a decent, above-average draw, isn't he?

I might have to go re-watch the Bisping/Rockhold press conference just to wash Colby/Masvidal from my recent memory. They should have at least had RDA and Moicano up there with them, or maybe Barboza and Bryce Mitchell. 30 minutes is too much time for just 2 guys arguing like a couple of schoolgirls.

Yes, he just showed how bad of businessman he really is. When Jorge reminded him how stupid he was for agreeing to a contract with no PPV points. The look on Colby's face when he said "I don't care, I'll fight you for free" literally just contradicts everything he's been bragging about for the last 4 years. God he is fucking DUMB.

I don't think the whole thing is completely fake, it just seems like a lot of stuff they're saying is bullshit. Like, Dan Lambert seems like he couldn't care less about this beef, and the striking coach who supposedly got stiffed by Colby hasn't said a word, nor has Jorge's ex-wife.
 
Colby not introduced as a former Interim Champion instead as a 2 time title challenger...while Masvidal's BMF belt does get mentioned as a championship, the disrespect.

Colby still picking on John Morgan, lol.
 
Damn Jorge went full Chad Mendes in that press conference except for the full 30 minutes. That was hard to watch. Jorge used to be cool as shit...remember the double pizza post fight interview? I see stiffness in his talk today
