From what I understand the repeal of the Fairness Doctrine in '87 lead to the proliferation of a lot of right-wing media

Citing the 10th Amendment doesnt clarify anything. Rightists were completely ignoring the 10th Amendment and calling State-level public safety measures "Governmental tyranny" not too long ago.

considering this is a lot more lower profile than Trump, there were too many variables involved and some like myself were simply indifferent. It's been a few days and I'm just starting my way through this thread

I saw a social media post once that charaterised 'Leftists' as having evil in their hearts because..... they celebrated Rush Limbaugh's death.

Someone pointed out that Limbaugh literally had a feature where he'd gloat over people who died of AIDS.
