International Trump: US will take over Gaza, resettle Palestinians

No wonder Mental health is the worst its been in almost a decade that i noticed. And no wonder there is literally a 6 month waiting list. ( my son has had ADHD since he was 4 years old ) And had a few shrinks leave our health network. ( for undisclosed reasons )
That has nothing to do with wait lists. Thats am issue of

1) how many people are in this profession (not a lot)

2) how many patients a single therapist has (a fuck ton)

3) the education barrier to become a therapist (minimum masters plus certs based on where you practice)

Therapists picking the correct client for their capabilities is just standard professional practice. It doesn’t have a significant impact on availability of therapy.

Not to get too off topic but I've heard Better Help advertised on Dana Carvey and David Spade's podcast. I assume this is kinda what that is geared towards. Finding the proper match for your mental health clinician. I'd never really consider that as a possibility, your therapist just straight up hating your guts. There does need to be a level of chemistry between the patient and doctor.
I've directed some marines towards better help. It's a solid service for those who are low on options and it works exactly like I described. It has issues but overall is still solid

Where's the quote?
His press secretary talked about forcing Palestinians to leave in the post about yours, albeit temporarily.

And Trump himself said,

He suggested that nations in the region could finance the resettlement of Gazans to new places — perhaps “a good, fresh, beautiful piece of land” — that would provide better living conditions, either as a single territory or as many as a dozen. “It would be my hope that we could do something really nice, really good, where they wouldn’t want to return,” he said without offering details of what that would entail.

Asked how many Palestinians he had in mind, he said, “all of them,” adding, “I would think that they would be thrilled.” Pressed repeatedly on whether he would force them to go even if they did not want to, Mr. Trump said, “I don’t think they’re going to tell me no.”

Well, I have already floated a fantastic step one: impeach and remove Trump, and bar him from holding office ever again. And if Vance started the same shit, bounce his ass too. And just move down the line until we get some normalcy.

As for the Middle East, there has to be a two-state solution. Israel must stop all expansions and settlements (which are illegal), they should annex the biggest existing settlements, cede all others back to the Palestinians, and cede East Jerusalem as well (that annexation were likewise illegal). The separation wall should be demolished, and rebuilt along the Green Line and not in West Bank territory as Israel has done. Both need to recognize the other’s right to exist.

Now, Israel will almost certainly shit a kitten at the mention of any of this, and that’s a big part of the problem. Likewise, some Palestinian hardliners will never recognize Israel as a independent state, and figuring out how Jerusalem would be shared will be a real clusterfuck, particularly the Al Aqua and Temple Mount areas.
—Oh that reminds me, the US needs to cease recognizing Jerusalem as the capital of Israel and recognize Tel Aviv again, as we did for many years before Trump.

It’s easy to point out things that we think should be done, but harder to do them. You really need to have the right people in power, and the right circumstances. Israeli PMs like Yitzhak Rabin and Shimon Peres would negotiate, shitbag hawks like Sharon and Netanyahu wouldn’t.
Some Palestinian hardliners? You make it sound like they are the outliers….

Once again, this is a bad idea. Does anyone have a good idea?
Stay the fuck away, tell Israel to slow down on killing people who are not involved with Hamas, and then let them figure it out.
The great thing about pro Isreal lobbyists, is they are smart enough to own both sides. That is where the House of Saud got the idea of just buying everyone, so like the banks and big Pharma at the end of the day you don't get caught in the left/right bullshit. You also don't care who wins because you own them all.
Israel should be able to protect themselves but there is a big difference between protecting yourself and genocide.

That's not an ethnic cleansing. Look up the definition.

I'm giving you a chance to provide the exact evidence to support your claim of ethnic cleansing. Just do it.
noun
noun: ethnic cleansing
the mass expulsion or killing of members of an unwanted ethnic or religious group in a society.

Trump wants to expel all of the Palestinians from Gaza to live elsewhere.

That's not an ethnic cleansing. Look up the definition.
If you are forcing people to leave their homes or communities against their will, and that is being determined solely by ethnicity, then that is ethnic cleansing.

Hah

This feels like a “I wish this would happen, but is impossible” kind of thing. Idk if that qualifies as a “good idea”.

I will admit I have not conducted surveys of either group.
Right now, I believe the Palestinian Authority supports a two state solution, and Israel under Netanyahu does not. But point taken, it’s a very divided issue on both sides.

No, at worst we have an unhinged loon who starts a war. At best we have a bullshitter. Is that news to you?
Yeah I should've said "at best" from a detractor perspective but I was thinking from a supporter's perspective they would argue "at worst" since he's some people's hero. But no, this is not news to me. I didn't vote for the fool.

Well, with respect to @44nutman i think we could say the same thing about what he posted, couldn’t we? Like, we’ve told Israel to slow down on killing people who aren’t Hamas-related a bunch of times, and they simply won’t—so what now?

I like what he posted as well, but I don’t see either of our ideas as being likely to happen. Hamas is a terrorist organization and Netanyahu is a war criminal. Letting them figure it out is just going to mean Israel commits atrocity after atrocity against the Palestinians until they occupy all their territory.

Once again, this is a bad idea. Does anyone have a good idea?
Stay the fuck out of it and let them sort it out. Isreal and Palestine are both run by shit bags as far as I'm concerned. Cut ties with them and move on.

I feel for the Palestinians because they're out gunned but us being involved isn't helping
