I think that's a misconception. Their job is to best meet the needs of their clients, yes. However, a big part of that matching properly with your clients. If you just don't match well then the professional thing to do is refuse service and refer someone who can better provide services. No one therapist can and should treat everyone.

No wonder Mental health is the worst its been in almost a decade that i noticed. And no wonder there is literally a 6 month waiting list. ( my son has had ADHD since he was 4 years old ) And had a few shrinks leave our health network. ( for undisclosed reasons )

Well, this is part of the reason Miriam Adelson donated so much to his campaign. But the main reason she donated is because Trump promised her that he would help Israel annex the West Bank.

50 years from now, and perhaps sooner, this will be looked back upon the same way most genocides and ethnic cleansing are viewed. Not good.

Not to get too off topic but I've heard Better Help advertised on Dana Carvey and David Spade's podcast. I assume this is kinda what that is geared towards. Finding the proper match for your mental health clinician. I'd never really consider that as a possibility, your therapist just straight up hating your guts. There does need to be a level of chemistry between the patient and doctor.
