That is the strategy the Repub's love to laugh at Dem's for. They call it 'eating their own' when Dem's do it and lose a safe good seat, when the Repub's will never do it, even if their reps are convicted of felony or spout racism on tv about lynchings. As long as your seat is safe, the Repubs are not getting rid of you.

But lets follow this line. The Dem's convince Biden he has to go. He does. Trump does not saying F*ck you and immediately moves on to the next closest Dem in the race who is emerging as the front runner. We know he already has files on Pelosi at his finger tips. Would you be shocked if he has on both Bernie and Warren? Seriously, would you?

So Trump now demands an investigation on the NEW front runner. You immediately go 'yeesh, that looks bad that Dem should step down too'.

Every step Trump and his chances of getting elected get stronger as he tears down Dem front runners and faces less popular Dems' and he does so not with facts or even Investigations that find anything, and just with allegations.

And this is something you really support? Really? You can't see thru this tactic and why the Founders wanted to make sure no POTUS would ever PROFIT for it in regards to elections?

I support doing what is right and you lack the will of the imagination to turn that into a win even though its what the people really want in their bones. I dont mean go after Biden legaly and have never suggested it. You know that.


The dems should make a stand, a real one, against corruption. This has already blown up in their faces so use it as an advantage to actually go after corruption. Publicly discuss the laws that allow for this and propose legislation to correct it. Do all of this publicly, actually mean it. Call on republicans to stand together against corruption too.

You can if you want to, I don't really care. Presidents are decided by the electoral college, not the popular vote. Clinton did better in more popular counties but Trump overwhelmingly did better across the whole country. AP says Trump won 2,626 counties vs 487 for Clinton. That ain't close.

Obama lost the number of counties both elections, and dems will lose that count every election because winning 200 backwater counties with 1000 people compared to the 2 million in san bernadino is a 200-1 victory, utterly meaningless.

Despite losing this "most important county count", he managed to get more electoral votes than Trump in both elections, and his victories werent hinging on < 80k votes total across three states flipping the result.
